THE T'S SAUCE STORY
The T's Sauce story begins at a Halloween party at the home of company founder Sean Tremlett in October of 2012. Sean served pork butt that evening and created two sauces to pair with it. One was a honey BBQ sauce and the other was a 15-habanero mango sauce. The party guests all agreed that the sauces were terrific and over the next year and a half, more sauces were added to the lineup and were "taste tested" at several gatherings during that time. Several of Sean's friends, including future business partner Aaron Neubauer, suggested that Sean try to market his sauce. The idea took root for a few months, but in October of 2014, Sean decided to take the plunge. He sold the first orders to friends and family and everyone who tried it loved it!
The sauce was different. It was not designed to mask the flavor, but to enhance it. In February of 2015, Sean and Aaron started holding tasting events around the South Texas area. Over the next few years the sauce grew a loyal following and we are now branching into retail. You can also purchase your favorite sauces directly from this site! T’s Jalapeno Apple Whiskey Sauce has a smokey sweet flavor that has been a winner with our customers for years! We use only the freshest jalapenos and apples paired with fine Irish Whisky to create a sauce that has a hint of heat, but is loaded with rich flavor. This sauce pairs well with beef, pork and chicken. It can also be used as a topping for cream cheese for a quick appetizer and even over ice cream for a decadent treat!
T's Cilantro Lime Sauce has a citrusy burst of flavor balanced with a hint of cilantro. This sauce is truly an all-purpose sauce! It can be used as a dipping sauce, as a marinade, and even as a salad dressing! It pairs especially well with Chicken and seafood, especially shrimp! This sauce is also great over cream cheese as a quick and delicious appetizer!
T’s Smokey BBQ Sauce has a tanginess that has become a huge hit with our customers! This is our version of a Carolina style sauce. The tanginess comes from roasted chipotle peppers paired with the sweetness of honey. Use it on any meat, poultry, or seafood dish! T’s Mango Habanero Sauce has a history that goes back to the beginning of T’s Sauce. This sauce has long been a favorite combining the sweetness of Mango with the heat of habanero peppers. This sauce has a mid-level heat, which will hit and then back off, leaving the great mango taste. This sauce is great on chicken, beef, pork, eggs and much more! It is also great as a marinade!

T’s Peach Habanero Sauce is a great balance of sweet and fairly intense heat. The sweetness of the peach serves as a nice contrast to the heat of the habaneros in this sauce. The heat will be intense for a few moments, but will leave you with the cool peach flavor. This sauce can be used on standard beef and poultry dishes, but is also great on hamburgers, eggs, or even as a dip for tortilla chips! This is truly an all-purpose sauce!

Our sauce flavors range from sweet to heat and a few that are in-between. One of our main focuses with our spicier flavors has been not to sacrifice flavor for heat. You'll get a perfect balance of both with these sauces. Our sweeter sauces do not rely on refined sugar for sweetness, but natural honey and molasses. We also use fresh fruit in all of our fruit-based sauces. This allows our sauces to have a clean, crisp flavor that will keep you coming back for more!
